As God in the Old Testament, delivered the Israelites out of Egypt, which was a place of bondage and torment, He is also able to deliver us from our spiritual bondages and torments, through Jesus death and resurrection. But we have to be willing to forsake them and walk forward, following His guidance. The Enemy will still try to get us down, but praise God, we do not have to listen to him!
